League Photography · privacy-first school photography
One league, every team — a single hub over all your schools’ sports stores.
Run photography across a whole league or conference from one place: every participating school’s team store rolls up under a single league hub, so families find their athlete’s photos no matter which school they’re from. Facial recognition is off unless a parent turns it on, a photo is sellable only when consent allows, and photos are never sold. Face data stays in our own private system.
No contract. No minimum order. Print-on-demand — zero overprint risk. Already set up? Sign in.
The privacy advantage
Facial recognition off by default — and a child’s photo is never sold without permission
Every other combined-package vendor makes “find my child” work by sending a portrait to an AI cloud and matching by face. This program does not. Facial recognition is off unless a parent turns it on, and finding a child is a permission-checked student-list lookup — not a face match. A photo is sellable only when permission allows.

The promise, in one sentenceRoll up every team in your league
A league hub gathers every participating school’s team store under one front door, so families find their athlete no matter which school they’re from. Each school’s sales stay consent-gated and tenant-isolated — the hub only links, it never crosses a school’s wall.
Start the league hub
Stand up your account and your microsite on the spot — pick League Photography, give us your school name and a work email, and you’re live. You add the rest of the platform later.
How the money works
Every item is priced above a code-enforced cost floor (nothing sells below cost), the platform take-rate sits below the bundled vendors’, and the studio keeps the larger leg of the portrait sale. Specific numbers are set for your program during onboarding.
What’s true today
We’re honest about what’s shipped
The picture-day pipeline with consent-gated sales and facial recognition off by default, the permission gate, the parent portrait store with the four-way split that pays the school, the book builder, the newsroom, ad sales, and the fundraising lane where the platform takes none of a gift are live today. A few photo-arm helpers — live text-message offers to crews, route planning, and routing orders to outside labs — are still in early access. We never sell a plan for later as if it shipped.
